i would like to share my recent experience with all .
I am a customer of PQ hosting for some months now, with multiple VMs in multiple locations.
I took all available precautions given by PQhosting to prevent data loss and ways to rollback (snapshots).
One day (in Nov 2022) one of my VMs "dissapeared".
Opened a support ticket and they answered that all my data was lost due to hardware failure!
I configured the server from scratch using personal backup files, and accepting that some data was permanently lost (shit happens).
One month later, the same VM "disappeared" again and after opening a support ticket to tackle the issue, it disappeared from their control panel.
For the second time, i have lost my data, and this time my ip was given to another customer and they refuse to give me back my ip !!!

In the attached file, you will find the support ticket with all my conversation with their support and sales departments.
If you are brave enough, pay them for any service lol

Agree about their service.
I run 7-8 servers with them. Their servers are good. But service is of NO use. You can use the servers for anything other than money sites.

Our Balkan Gate TIER III data center in Thessaloniki is considered one of the largest and most modern in Eastern Europe. The current size of the facility is 2500 sq. m (500 racks and 100 workplaces), but expansion to 10,000 sq. m is planned.
