Our service sends crawlers to given web property.
Just to be clear - I am not saying that this particular service that you have mentioned is not sending crawlers - as this is not topic of this sales thread and I am not going to discuss their level of service of course.
It is important nowadays to make sure that crawling/indexing service does as advertised.
Each service has its own perks. There are couple of dozen services available to choose from. Similar situation is with everything in general like hosting providers, domain registrars... Every service has their own customers.
In comparison, there are also crawling/indexing services that allow submission between 500-750k URLs per month at very affordable pricing. Yet it is proven that they do not send crawlers and do not even initiate indexing. Things are like this with some of them for very long period of time.
Heck even I have used handful of services of that type - like we all did - in the past.
Once when I realized what is going on with them I took action on this part of the puzzle when it comes to SEO game. First, for my own benefit of course and now as a service.
Just again, make sure that crawling/indexing service does as advertised and you are good to go with any provider out there that fits your needs.
