Samples sent to all. Below are screenshots from two major metro sites that belong to a JV partner and I. We started in December. We've not had a huge budget to grow these sites, but we have added additional content and both are starting to ramp up nicely. Both are top 10 for main keywords. We've been enjoying $10-14 lead payouts in these niches/areas, which we hope will continue to come in once we rank higher and higher. I believe both of these sites should be able to do $1,000+ at minimum each, which would give us a nice profit if flipped, which can be reinvested into more profitable niches and bigger sites of which we have planned. I love local because the time/money required to hit certain monthly profits is much lower than that needed from other forms of monetization.View attachment 217830View attachment 217831

Also my question sorry, but the keywords: "home services such as plumbing, roofing, and landscaping" have one of the highest SERP competition, so they are really hard to rank, plus most of the first page CTR comes from ADS / cause those plumbers and others over bidding each other. / Spending Crazy Money on Ads, and already have a local sites portfolio of 10-50 sites/
So how we supposed to be rank those keywords with 3000 words of the content website?
