The pricing may be per video BUT the question is: ARE YOU SETTING UP A COMPLETE CHANNEL my friend? Thats the question!!!
Creating ordered videos AND setting up a channel right from scratch with that video in-there are two entirely different things.
Why are you not clarifying such a simple query

Yes, if you order the 2 videos we will set up the channel ( Upload the videos , update descriptions ) , have the Channel banner and AVI / Channel profile picture deigned and set up , then deliver everything. Essentially we will set up the entire channel for you.
