@emailmaster, if you have established links before using xrumer then its ok, using xrumer on its own is never a good idea, we always suggest mixing it with more whitehat linking for best results.
@lanbo, out turn around time is 2-3 days however most jobs are run within 24 hours.

@silvermario, yes we can rotate multiple urls and keywords by using the #file function within xrumer.

Delivery is quick and on time. Report is organized into different text file where the most important file are Success.txt, Profiles.txt amd Halfsuccess.txt. Explanations were given too on these files. So I consider them as quite organizing.
In term of link quality, this is my first xRumer campaign. I have really not much comment on it. I did a random check on the "success" link and I find my link sometime, and can't in another. And in some cases, I don't understand the language used in the forum. Well.. I guess that's around the standard right?
Support issue. I didn't get any issue delivering the payment and have no other issues that need the attention of the support. so are they responding quick? no idea. But my works are delivered as expected and on time.
Overall, the service is good. And now I'm waiting for the links to be crawled in a few weeks time.

@multi-systems, your issue should be resolved now, we have been very busy but we are back on top of things now.
@Troshi, when we first started out we offered huge link blasts, but things have changed now. its no longer viable to build so many, plus its harder to get that many links now as more security means we have to use captcha credits and such to achieve such high results.
20,000 is more than suffeciant to increase your rankings for a keyword.
@momschips, $50 USD would get you just over 10,000 verified posts.

@Donestrgling if the site already has previous SEO done to the site e.g. has a good base of links and preferably some PR then xrumer is fine as long as we mix in about 5 keywords and a couple of generic ones.
xrumer is one of those building methods that works great alongside other link building methods but used alone or in very high quantitys puts up a red flag
