Well here's a little update. My site was blasted two times with this service and it's nowhere to be seen on google (not in the main 500) for its keywords. The main keyword is very competitive. However I am on #7 on bing right now for this competitive keyword which is getting me around 30-40 visitors per day.
are you considering what happened a google dance and expecting to rank well after it. or is that a penalty?

What are the differences or is there any...

450k - $50
450k - Profile Only - $35 (Recommended for new sites)
The only difference is that profile only vields less results but builds links in a slightly more whitehat way,
If your site has been established for a little while, has some backlinks etc.. then you should go for the regular blast.
