I really got overwhelmed with some guys who don't mess around and order bulk so this has backed up my line a bit. I am finishing up EVERYONE who has ordered this upcoming week and I will only let in a few clients at a time from now on so I can have shorter turnarounds. I know how frustrating long turnarounds can be so I refuse to do this to clients. My turnarounds haven't been awful or anything, but longer than I would like. I will message those in my queue once I am available, but again I will only let in a few at a time.

You are somewhat correct. It should be readers' because it is possessive and is talking about more than one.
