His method is not working now, see my messages to him is screenshot attached. I paid him money. His method was working before some time may be. But now its not working. I never thought I can be get scammed on BlackHatWorld. Please help me put this on SHIT LIST, so BlackHatWorld removes him.

Nowadays you can't use VCC for Google Ads, I've heard you must connect a Paypal account to it? Is that true? Otherwise this method may be interesting for me. But I think it's impossible to connect a VCC directly to Google ads, correct or not?
