Update:

Industryplant, who is now banned because of the unsolved SL with @Walt0n (who still has not received the money back as it can be seen from the Crypto wallet code), is in a crappy position. He is not able to refund because of lack of funds as he mentioned, as well as not being able to take loans due to his business being very recent. He didn't have an exit strategy and that is why I think for such type of businesses, if not for all the BST's in BHW, to avoid such situations and scams, I would trust a Middleman from BHW (if the forum makes this service available in the future, I won't debate about that, they know better) rather than going all in even if it is payments through Paypal or Stripe.

He has refunded my payments (total $1200) on Stripe, although he owes me at least $300 more more because of the deal and stream payouts, but that doesn't do anyone any favor because the status on the Stripe refunds shows as 'refund pending' because of the lack of funds. Therefore I was forced to try and chargeback through the bank, which I did today. It might take around a month and his bank balance might become negative. Again, it was unfortunate that it came to this point because of x circumstances, but he should've had a backup plan before going through this mess, which caused stress not only for him but for all the others involved.

Yes, you’r right. He is in an absolute mess. Personally, I don’t understand how he spent all those $$$$ that fast as he didn’t invest it in a better system as we see. The BTC from Walton would be even worth much more now.

I issued a PayPal chargeback of $2k (thankfully, it wasn’t a F&F payment) and escalated it to PayPal. He didnt respond until now to that claim and I hope that it will be decided in my favour, anything else would be ridiculous. However, it will take few weeks.

Actually, he owes me bit more than $2k but I would be happy to get the $2k back.

Also, I lost my patiency as he can never hold his word (@Walt0n is 100% right here). He should have told us the truth much earlier and he made wrong promises. I also added some funds because he said that he can provide YouTube and Instagram services as well (non/ very less drops according to him). Everything was bullshit, he can’t deliver nothing. I also tried to help him and give tips about his bot as I’m a dev by myself but he doesnt want to talk about that. In the beginning he told me he is using AI and smart services etc. He is really good at talking but I’m not believing him anymore so I needed to dispute it. We could wait endless. He shouldnt dream that much.

If he has that big knowledge as he praised, he would be able to improve his bot. Maybe he doesn’t even have source code and talking bullshit, don’t know.

Lesson learned.
I better gived the money to a school in a 3rd world country or what ever.

When it is to good to be true and so on.

Just little dissapointed about BHW, as there is no escrow service for order over xxxx amount.
BHW realy shoud make a deposit for such vendors.

Like when you want offer a service which cost 1k you need to deposit 2k. Very simple.
Or a real escrow service which cost few %.

As for me how i can buy here again something over 500usd?

This is an unfortunate situation. We were also able to get our funds back via paypal. Once we gained access to the "panel/web app" it was clear that they were simply reselling another panel with no specialized services. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt, but the orders wouldnt start (another indication of reseller panel). After requesting the orders to start to no avail, we immediately put in a dispute with paypal. It took a few weeks but eventually we got the funds back. No sure how this one got past the mods.
