I sent you $115 on the 28th, and you told me on the first i'd receive the reports by "the next 10th."

Now if that meant '10 days from now,' or 'on the 10th of this month,' neither you or I know. But I still need the reports and the work completed.

Please keep me updated. I really appreciate you providing this service to me, but I need some follow through. Communication is key...

Its easier to explain before you piss the person off and lose them as a customer why the work wasn't completed than waiting 6 days after a already to far away deadline as it is.

$115 may not be very much money for some of you, but for me it is.

I run a company that is 6 months old and at this stage loses more money than it makes. Which is okay, because every dime, like this $115 I paid Dinesh for Package 3, goes into the business to better it.

When someone tells me that they sent my report on the 9th and I check the 7th 8th 9th 10th 11th in my blackberry and my outlook email and its not there, somethings wrong. My business relies on email so there are absolutely no problems anywhere, at all otherwise I wouldn't be able to stay in business.

The reason I posted this was because it is important that the BHW know this information about this person to keep pressure on him to supply me the links OR my money back. Once this is resolved satisfactorily I will review with more positive notes about how the service was completed and give him a positive itrader.

i do online computer repair, and recovering your pc wont recover files, you need to use a recovery program to recover actual files

i need those reports, or a refund..

Although this is NOT good, google has made allot of changes recently which put the OP to work for anyone ordering currently.. (op BITCHED that I purchased on the 8th.. ok let's make it the 7th as per this thread)

COMMUNICATION ---> Lacking here from the OP. He was trying to buy time instead of just being honest with me. Treating me like a virgin.. a total noob and I caught him doing it.. So I was NOT impressed..
