I received a free article to test this service. The service was from the top level option and was 620+ words.
Communication was great from the seller throughout.
I received the article quickly, instructions had been followed and research was evident.
The layout was fine, the article flowed and provided information for the reader.
What I liked is the seller provides detailed reports inc Copyscape, Grammarly, Hemingway App and also Yoast. Also, there was a meta description included, which can be a time saver.
I ditched Copyscape a long time ago and use Quetext Pro, which came back as 4% non unique text, HOWEVER this was mainly from a govt website for referencing, so this was not an issue.
What I'd like to see is more contraction in content, 'you are' becomes 'you're' which is the way a native speaker would communicate.
There were a couple of things I requested changing and the revised article was quickly delivered.
Decent enough content, but not at the $48 per 1k word price range. Had this been the Native level, then it would be fine.

At first, the article I've received was not up to par and needed to be revised. Luckily, the seller was extremely nice and was more than happy to rewrite the article.

I rate this service 9/10. If I had received such a great article the first time, I would have given this service a perfect 10.
