Google do not support transferring to another currency. You can use, for ex. USA account for targeting Indonesia, but you can't change USA account to Indonesia account.

Terrible service. He takes very long to reply, is rude and offers no guidance. The account got suspended on the very first day. I had asked him explicitly about whether "LinkenSphere" which he talks about is required and he had said no at first. He then insisted that my not having LinkenSphere is why the account went down, that I am an idiot and should get "nursery lessons."
He refused any refund until I threatened to use the Shit List process on him. He then refunded the $200 that I paid for the account. But when I asked him to refund the virtual card that I paid an extra $100 for, he has blocked me.
So he has stolen $100 from me.
I even offered him to keep $50 for the trouble and give me half the money back of the unused virtual card, but he just blocked me.
Avoid this guy's services. Especially if you are not a professional anti-detect browser user or familiar with his arcane systems. He seems to not really care about providing good service. A disgrace to BHW.

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for all inconveniences. Allow me to clarify on some points:
You purchased an account on 01/01. The account was handed with delay however I apologized for it (More than 24 hours have not passed between the payment and the issue of the goods.). It is not specified anywhere in my proposal that I provide a guide on how to launch black advertising campaigns. I can share this valuable information, but only for polite buyers.
Regarding Linken Sphere browser I've explained you a benefits though didn't insist since some of my customers are using different browsers and it's recommended to use it but not a must. Just for your comfort.
After you received an account and logged in you started a campaign as well as tried to charge (tree times) expired card there (before purchase I explained you that account had 50$ ad spend in the past, unfortunately you thought its included an amount on the free card for campaigns).
Next day after you first logged in we arranged the time when will attach the card then you opened an account and discovered that it's suspended. You asked me why and I suggested (ie didn't say certainly) that it might be campaign or browser thing since I didn't run your ad and can't take responsibility of your actions. Offered to give a try to Linken Sphere and get another account especially that card is ready and charged.
Then you started threatening and insulting that I'm scam. I've never called you an idiot however you used "f" word related to myself.
Last thing I still have your card with 60$ amount on it. Redardless your generous offer to keep some amount as a compensation I will be glad to refund it.
