I bought the service because I found a lot of positive reviews everywhere on the internet except for this topic and I got referred by a friend in an IM whatsapp group who was a reliable source for me. The support is instant, but I am from europe and they are also from europe so maybe I got luck being in the same time zone. I had some problems starting the service, but I forgot to add a token which was a stupid mistake from my side. They found this problem when they insisted to help me with teamviewer. The software is working as we speek. It works well, you only have to have a little bit of patience (you won't get a list of 20K emails in one minute - it will take a few hours but still that is an amazing result). I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service is always online and very fast. Two weeks ago I was already thinking about purchasing and I reached out with a couple of questions which they answered within 15 minutes, so that is why I did not listen to the negative posts on this topic because my experience was already positive.

The mod needs to re-review this tool. I was planning to purchase this software few months ago but was reluctant due to OP's description of his software. It states to scrape 80% of the data which means it should be able to extract 80% of groups emails or information. It is advertised like that. But when I asked for verification if it extracts 80000 emails from 100000 members group then he said if the group has 100k members then I should see it's mobile version which only shows 10k members. Then he says only 8k or 7k emails are extracted.
This is his explanation.

Hello, here some explanations

There is two types of service for scraping groups 1st is for Private groups 2nd is for Public groups.

Group V4 is for scraping Private groups , Group V5 is for scraping public groups .

Both features are different and don't work for scraping emails from groups member list most of the customers thinks that the features work for scraping there member list which is not true.
( Group version 5 works to scrape people who have engaged with the public group post ) example Go to facebook search option and search for any Facebook group and then select only public groups
when the result shows select any public group and open that groups ( guess what you can do activity to that group without joining the group ) Like any post of that group and X2Emails version 5 works to scrape
people from posts not from the member list.

Group Version 4 ( this feature works to scrape data from member list but there is some kind of bug from Facebook ) example I have opened group and check their member list on the main interface of Facebook

example of mobile function view https://prnt.sc/t5fycq only 10k member list from 100k member group when the x2emails try to scrape Facebook provide 10k list and x2emails scrape 80% data from 10k list which means 7k or 8k data
Facebook private groups are hard to scrape but still, x2emails have this option to scrape private groups with your cookie and token but Facebook has limited the SQL, and not providing the names only works to have emails and other fields.

Which surely is not what advertised in his post. He's saying that even if a group has 100k members then only mobile version is REAL and 100k is some kind of bug from Facebook.

After watching some mix-up reviews of this software, i still decided to try my hands. But have some pre-sale questions:
1. How many %of group members can be scraper?
2. Does it really Scrape private groups?
3. Can we scrape group posts of any group ?
4. how often you keeping this tool updated?
