You should connect a physical credit card from a legit bank that was never used with TikTok before. The card can be registered on any name but the country of card registration should match the country where the account is registered.

Open it, click “edit”, choose manual and enter in a "Secret" field the entire 2FA key (32 symbols), which you can find in your account details. It will show you the 6-digit code that you need
