You are wrong.Europe is very strict when it comes to someone's privacy.
Giving them a fake incentive to give their information to other companies might not be tolerated lightly.
+ every little euro that is earned has to be indicated, or the tax authorities will give you a huge penalty. This way they will find out what you're doing very fast.
I've been wanting to get into CPA as well for a long time, but due to these regulations, I stopped.
FYI, I'm from Belgium as well.
Maybe in Belgium are strict, or in Germany and in the other economy strong countries. But in countries like Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania you can do whatever you want.
They are still in Europe

I bought the method and received the content within few minutes. You get 3 things - CPA WordPress theme, guide on how to install it, and LP ranking guide.
-Theme is clean and elegant. It's very simple to edit. It wouldn't take 5 minutes either.
-The ranking guide outlines the method on how to find niches with low competition and other various methods of how to get traffic on landing page using various platforms. The guide is written in easy to understand language.
I was curious about bold claims of getting 5000+ visitors within 24 hours on LP. It seems relatively easy.The guide has explained that method. I'd try it soon.
Note: The content is newbie friendly however the knowledge of how to create a content locker and place it on landing page must be learned from other sources.

The pack includes the wp theme, how to install guide and another ranking guide.
I haven't tested the wp theme yet but read through that ranking guide already.
I am not new to the content locker, but still learned quite a few things that I haven't touched so far.
The ideas of niche research are great. Am also a SEO guy, so pretty sure those ranking methods definitely work.
U can't expect more from $37 spending and well worth it.
also another great chance to get to know more ppl who working in CL, so no regret！
