You have to setup your account following my guide and follow instructions to increase your store limits. you don't ''wait'' for a sale - you add new products every day. That way, your store get more exposure than having just 50Listings. And yes, once you got the sale you purchase the goods and ship it to your client address on eBay. there is no reason to ''wait'' you can simply follow the instructions in the eBook and Increase your limits to double your sales.

Regarding other ways of ''faster process'' - It's an option but very risky. Those accounts usually get instant limitation after your first sales. Maybe in 2017-2018 It was a better option. But as a newbie - It's not a good idea. If you are already an Advanced seller on eBay than maybe I would consider this. A shortcut can be nice, but it can end very not nice. something to keep in mind.
