Honest Review:

I always review SEO services I pay for immediately after receiving the report, then subsequently ~6 months later. I can confirm none of the links I paid for still exist. The pages are still available, but the comments have been deleted in all cases.

Although this service may have had a temporary impact before the links were removed, I never noticed any unusually large increase in SERPs.

These links are coming from Auto Approved(AA) blog pages and that means they are not moderated. If they are moderated then don't think that you will ever get such a link for even 1 week for the price it offered in these blog commenting services. But someday it will be found by the administrators of those sites in most cases and the result will be deletion of the links.

Then one can argue what's the point of paying for such a service? The point is that these links gets crawled and indexed pretty quickly and therefore it brings value especially since there are coming from high PR pages and do-follow backlinks.

SERP improvements depend on various factors and not only on the links. The amount of competition for the keyword is also a big factor.
