There are some considerable number of OBLs in those pages since there are hundreds of lists sold everywhere and pages do tend to get higher number of links quickly. So there cannot be any guarantees given on the number of OBLs in those pages.

Ok, Here is my review of this service:
Fast detailed report & over delivered on links. All PR is for page posted on.
So, for the cost, it's a good deal! But, keep in mind, these are 'spam' comments
and have nothing to do with the subject of the post. Plus, there are lots of other spam comments on the same page. Also, even though the link text was in english, many comments were not.
But, the real bottom line (especially after recent Google change) will be if I see and increase in search engine standings. I'll watch and report back in 3-4 weeks on that.
