i think he is not using any software and these days automatic submission is not possible with captcha implemented at all over.

i am not using any software. since not enough high PR directories are available to your sites category i submitted to foreign directories, because i am trying to maintain PR count here. i am here to provide good service only. sorry for misplacing data and i will rework on them.

I get sent a link to some website were I have to enter a code wait 45 seconds then down load the report. Now i dont know about you but I detest having to go to websites I dont know and and download files to my PC. Its bad enough I had to give this guy my money and I dont even know him. Now I have to run the gauntlet of do i get a virus for downloading his crappy reprot that he could have sent in an email.

I ordered 400 PR3 directorys I got a list of 200 directorys with the website url and my keyword. What goods that, no screen shot to say the work has been done and which catergory. Just a list of information I had alrready sent and a url he could not even add the Pr to the url.
