I had replied earlier but didn’t notice I was 3 hours outside the BHW reply rules! I had a quick look at your order it’s still within the 25-30 working day TAT. We aim to get them out quicker normally, but yeah it’s been a combination of the holiday season with writers and staff being off, plus then our first month opening here has been CRAZY (over 100 orders with lots being bulk 10/20 posts).. big love to the BHW buyers for their support!
You should be complete soon we are aiming (and started yesterday) to have all you guys that ordered over the holiday season cleared by the end of next week.
