After 24 hours the campaign is apparently complete.
I was given an extra 300 free visitors, making a total of 1300.

My stats show exactly 769 visits to the page I sent him, and some of those could be from other sources too.

It would seem like all the visitors were US, Statpress shows them as EN, and GA hasn't updated to show results yet.

But not a single convert, for PPC or CPA email submits. Visitors aren't active and have a high bounce rate.

I waited a few more days to make sure all leads were finished.
After ordering 1,000 I was guaranteed 1,300
Statpress had a total of 770 refferals from this vendor.
No converts, and all bounced right off the page.
