Your order date was on 11th Oct i.e. 2 weeks ago not 3 weeks ago. Our TAT is 15-20 days. Your due date is 31st Oct max and your order is nearing completion so I don’t see how we are late. Yes we have festivities in our country. Despite that we are delivering everyone on time so I am not sure what the issue is.
