@qualityservice gave us a plethora of information for the review.

Summary​

We received site ownership proof, supplier proof, back up supplier proof, the advertising methods and content for the ads and a picture with a shoe on his head.

I have no doubt that all he shared is legitimate and I did speak with his suppliers; not as a person buying the site but as a person who would be interesting in buying the products on a wholesale level.

Good opportunity if you are going to do a little work and a great one if you are willing to push things a bit.

I've always enjoyed my interactions with @qualityservice and this was no different.

Do your proper due diligence when looking to buy this as anything less is not a smart move on the part of the buyer.

A 12.5x monthly multiple without a longer history of income proof is also quite high.

So you have :
1 Month : $125
2 Month : $800

Is the product seasonal, a quick fad (fidget spinner style) etc...?

PPC cost is very low. ROI is many times more than the cost.
Product is evergreen and has lots of demand.

The 3rd party is a big wholesaler from that country or Chinese?

Earning potential of the site is minimum: $5000-10,000

From 5k to 10k is a big gap,also you mention the minimum offer you accept is 10k so don`t are in line, please explain.
You sell Adwords accounts as I see, so why don`t you do yourself if it is autopilot?
