Short review: TAT was about 5 days including the weekend. I'm not in a rush for it but I already had hosting set up and a domain ready. It took me a day to get around to setup hosting for the domain. Paid him. Gave him one phrase to get news for -- and he did. He created a great site. The one phrase was very specific as I own a B&M business and plan on using the news to market my B&M business. After I got the site, I went through most of the plugins for wordpress. They looked good. I changed out two things in them. He had a good source for news but I switched to a specific industry one that posted content more often. It took about a day or two to find the right feed. Also, I changed one setting in the spinner -- "Ignore capital words". I was reading about spinners on here and someone said that made the text more readable so boom advice checks out as now the articles read clearer. If you were looking for a real upgrade wordai would probably be better but it's nice that one comes with the site. Personally, I'm not entirely sure most people need a spinner. A lot of sites want you to syndicate their content -- they just want credit for the article. I know some people don't want to do that.
I am in the process of setting up PBN marketing for the site. Also, will have my web guy look at it when he gets back from time off. I contacted one of the larger news distributors to see if they can curate a feed for me.That's where I am right now but maybe I'll write an update a few months into the future.
