I personally don't think you should clutter with too many ads. The extra revenue might seem tempting but the real revenue is in the subscription plans for posting jobs.

i am too early in this process but so far the key is to narrow a location and post information on Facebook groups and Reddit related to that location, people are tired of the big ones like ZipRecruiter, monster and indeed, if you show them other options they will at least look the site but as I say I am too early to say i will wait to complete at least 6 months to study the data and share

It depends a lot on what monetizing route you want to follow IF you are going to go for the advertising route then yes add some programs, measure results, see how much money you make with 2 advertisers, 3 advertisers, etc.... there will definitely be a moment of diminishing results, but this is just a matter of testing.

Answer to your questions:

Answer: They pay, create an account and then they can post.

If you scroll down below the login fields you will see the pricing options. Choose" Select" for the plan you want and it takes you to a page to create your login details and pay.

"6. Is the theme/plugin compatible with Siteground hosting? (it has cPanel). "
answer: As long as they have cpanel we will be able to configure everything.

My job board is hosted on Siteground and everything went smoothly.

good day everyone, i just want to share the real deal, the image show how much the page as earned since Monday (9/7/2020) plus 2 monthly subscriptions ($ 39.90 x2 ) plus 1 seven day service ($ 14.90 ) following @patadeperro guides and I haven't started the marketing campaigns to small business on my area to offer the service. i am reading and adding small details to the site like showing the Facebook page to the users and inviting them to like in order to get notification of each of the jobs that the site offer (I have a plugging that reposts the jobs on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and adding a small counter that shows how many visitors have check each of the jobs offers. this site and model works I am studying 3 more locations to order 3 more sites pretty soon - thank you everyone

the Facebook page was created to serve as a job board page, as long as Facebook checks real job posts with real likes should not be any problems, also I have been getting likes and a few normal comments. the plugin that I use to post every 6 hours and so far I have not have any issue yet.

NO you won't lag the host servers, you receive up to 200 job offers daily, and after 30 days they are automatically removed.
