I've noticed a substantial drop off in processing speed of this vps. For the longest time, I've been able to run GSA at 30 threads with no problem. Just today, I can barely run 10 threads.

Additionally, when I open up a folder, the file names are missing. Attached is pic showing missing name on a text file. I did restart this vps earlier today. I don't know if that might be an issue. Please feel free to restart the VPS.

Hi

As requested we have reset it for you. It looks like you are using 100% of your server resources, so we would advise you consider upgrading as clearly you are outgrowing your server. This is why it feels slower than normal

You can at anytime directly restart the server from within our client area if needed

You really did not address my concerns as previously GSA was running with higher threads no problems.

But no worries, I see an invoice due next week. I'll find another provider for next month.

If this is your idea of support then I'm sorry but this is highly unacceptable. It feels like you are just trying to pass the buck. Would not really recommend your service to anyone after this experience.

We are not sure how we didnt address you issue, you said your server has been slow recently we told you that you are outgrowing it and advised you to upgrade, you are expecting us to go through your application and resolve issue for you? where did we mentioned that its a managed service?

Our last reply was based that you no longer need help and you are canceling next month, and our reply was based on you saying thanks

Before trashing a service with lie, please read our ticket carefully, we offer this server we almost no profit on it, we dont expect that you would expect us wasting couple hours to resolve an issue for few cents we make and our clients do know that this is a high performance server with decent price as its a self serve service

Hope this helps and we wish you to find good provider, we dont wish to keep you as a client as well

How can I be outgrowing when I am decreasing my thread count. I can understand if I increase the thread count from 30 to 45 then yes you have a valid point. However, in this case I'm cutting my usage by more than a half and still experiencing the problems

Again, I am not trying to trash your service. What I am trying to figure out is why is the VPS is so slow when I only use 10 threads on GSA when compared to before, it was running like a breeze at 30 threads for months on end.

To simplify:

Before = Fast on 30 Threads for months
Now = Slow on 10 Threads

Current Situation = You are out of US VPS as stated on the posts above, maybe you are over allocating resources on your end to make up for any shortages?

This will be our last reply to comply with BHW threads rules, This is a hyper-v vps, hyper-v is a dedicated resources, we cant over sell, the resources you use is reserved from the server so this would never be possible. Feel free to ask or google it

For the record, GSA SER sometimes would have a bad release, you might be using alot of siteslists, micros so many factors. Again we are not the provider of this software and from our end we see that you are using 100% of the resources you have which is 4GB, from our part we advised you to upgrade as this 99.99% will fix the issue for you so we did our part honestly
