Also looking at the website and can't figure how to use it. I choose a country and click get on telegram but nothing happens.

If I click active numbers it says there are no active numbers. Does that mean that service is out of stock (which seems to be the case with every service) - or is it once you buy a text number it would show up there?

Genuinely confused.

You need to select country, service and click 'Buy' button. If there are available numbers, you will see number with countdown. Active numbers are numbers which you already purchaised.
