Hi,

I've made purchases in the last two days and the BTC payment page is just stuck on awaiting payment. My coinbase has sent the BTC and your support has not responded in 12 hours. Valor also asked me early morning to wait for your support ALEX who has not responded at all to the issue. Can I get a response at lease? I have submitted all relevant confirmations and screenshots with invoice ID.
 
Are the numbers real mobile carrier numbers? Do these work with Craigslist?
