Instagram sms numbers are not working for the past few weeks. Contacted them via email and got a response that I should keep trying and eventually I will get a number, so if you intent to use this for instagram I would advise to avoid for now.

Are those from VOIPs or non voip ? Every country number works with payment providers. I am a ebay seller . so you know :)
