This is a VERY solid group of websites that can be used in a variety of ways and the price point is well inside of what I think is what it could be.

The sites have very strong content on them, have nice metrics and are clean inside and out. @mrclean himself would attest to that.

Now, some of these are GEO domains which would be great if you do local SEO for your own sites or clients as I use GEO sites myself for my clients (free local SEO lesson in a BST).

The list of sites he shared that we checked were categorized but could flex into other niches as well.

You can use these as PBNs or build them out a little more and end up with a site that ranks for some nice keywords.

Quality clean sites with very good content on them at a price that I think is very fair and I doubt this BST will last as there are a limited amount of them and not a one of them was poorly built.

These are the best PBNs (as far as quality) that I've ever seen. They're not the spammy PBNs that I'm used to seeing sold. If I needed some good quality sites I would definitely snatch some of these up! These are high quality. Metric are decent. Articles are well written. Sites range in niches and style.

Plus they're backed by @Sherb, a reputable Jr. Exec. These sites would make a great addition to your PBN or even better, if you don't have one, to start building one and see how they're so powerful.

I can definitely attest to the quality and how professional the sites that @Sherb has. Honestly you would not tell the difference between sites run and managed by dozens of people or even large government organizations (hope that is taken as a compliment lol). Many of the sites I have seen in the past for potential projects looked and felt like official tourist board websites that are well managed. I have no doubt whoever purchases these will get an amazing addition to their PBN collection and will be well happy! And you can bet that Sherb values his reputation here more than the cost of all of these. If I had a spare few grand hanging around I would pick up a bunch.
