Many of my clients to do CPA with email marketing and they don't like to have unsubscribe link in the email. So I dont put unsubscribe link for them.

Its upto you whether you want me to have unsubscribe link or not, if you want I can put if you dont want then I will not put the link.

If you send a blast with 100k emails all with the same subject and email body won't you start hitting the spam folder? Or are you guaranteeing that all will hit regular inbox?

Forgot does an awesome job. It's obvious that he knows mailing inside out and can inbox with the best of them. I sent him my campaign details and within 12 hours the work was completed, with fantastic results. I'll be sending more work your way in the future forgot. A+
