Older accounts gets better success rate but vote manipulation is totally on you as there are proxies and accounts involved.
Reddit has been more strict lately about the vote manipulation Just to let you know.

Lately as in weeks or a few months? I was successful with vote manipulation for few ago with 1 month old accounts and no karma, but the accounts got banned after one day, that’s why I was curious what you would suggest

Reddit has implemented vote manipulation detection system.
This is not bot specific situation. When it comes to vote manipulation at large level they accounts getting affected.
