Got 2 Links from OP and here's my review.

The links were do-follow. One page was created by OP himself with spun content and then left a comment on the site and another was an old post where OP left the comment. None of the pages where the comment was left were indexed. The content for the comments was partially related (idk maybe it was spun).

Overall, this is a good service for diversity. The nofollow comment links sold by other sellers on Blogger blogs get indexed on their own but not sure if these will get indexed or not. We will see.
