Also if I only use a few hundreds of accounts at first, then a few months later I use the rest, will the rest accounts expire or be deleted by that time?

You can specify us to disable spam filters on the accounts. By selecting this option ALL emails will reach the inbox, it includes all the verification emails from the different sites.
