I need to know the following things, would I be able to send using BCC e.g. to 10 recepients/ day per account. Or is BCC is a bad idea and if sending 1 to 1 how should I throttle them would every 30 seconds be safe?

And finally is logging into 10 accounts (it would be 2 simeltaniously then 5 one after the other) from one IP be safe? If not how should I be throttling IP's? I'll be spinning my subject and message contents if it makes a difference.
