Received a free review copy of this service for office 365.
I was able to login through Outlook as instructed by op.
After that downloaded & installed office 365 for desktop & everything works just like it should.

I was happy that he accepted crypto. I received the details and was able to login to the email account using gmail.
Then I set up office 365, which is now working smoothly.
