When I used free credit, I had got traffic much faster with 0.02$ CPM

But after investing $5.00 it is like 150 traffic per day even after selecting 5000 traffic/day

I deposited 5$ in my account and then I setup the campaign which had 10000 maximum visits per day from chosen could tried and OS and I set my total expenditure to run that campaign to 1$ and set my cpm as 0.01 which means 10k visitors for 0.1$ and that's what I was looking for and in dashboard just when I started the campaign it showed traffic sent to 2000 and it was not even started. Now it's been 4-5 days since it is running and daily I am getting only 1k-1.2k traffic, I am able to see it in my analytics dashboard. My daily traffic before this campaign was around 600 daily so 1k - 600==400 that's what I am getting instead of 10k daily traffic. I don't know what's the issue. Maybe OP can explain better.
