Just a couple things I want to add to my first post. The email in the above post seems to be having some issues to please don't use it as I may not get your information. Use this one instead:

Another thing I wanted to mention is that people can also use this service if you have been banned from a network and want to get back into it. I can create a corporate identity for you and get another account in your company's name.

Another thing I wanted to add is that I get around IP issues by using HideMyIP so that I don't create multiple accounts with the same IP and I have toll free numbers that I use on the application. After the service is concluded you can contact your AM directly and I will discontinue the number or have it go directly to voicemail and then have the voicemails sent to an email you provide.

Can you explain more and define the word of Doing Business As Form? Does this mean we will own our own company/business? or we are working under a business? Sorry new to opening up your own company. I know what LLC and Corp stuff are but first time hearing about DBA. Let me know thanks. Also can I see an example of the website you will create?

Absolutely, a DBA means that you are going to register a name with your local country clerks office (this only works in the US an LLC is the best option for those wishing to form a US corporation with a mailing address abroad) and it allows you to use that name in your buisness dealings. So rather than using your name you can use the name of the buisness you have registered.

This also allows you to apply for an EIN with the IRS. If you have an EIN, instead of a Social Security Number CPA networks look more favorably on your application. It gives you the illusion of being large and therefore more likely to generate revenue for their affiliate network.

I'm confused about your no refund policy on the individual network acceptances, package three. Seems like I'm just throwing my money away if you don't get accepted and it'd be hard in your part to provide proof that you tried your hardest and then got declined.

The first two packages allow me to create appropriate information for you in order to ensure CPA approval.

If I have someone come to me with an a mailing address in North Korea, and a website that looks like it was designed in ten minutes its going to be near impossible for me to approve their account. Its to ensure that I do not get hurt on my end.

Now on the other hand if you approach me and show me your information I can tell you whether approval is realistic or not. If I am sure beyond reasonable doubt that you will get approved then I can issue a guarantee once I have seen your information, but this is on an individual case by case basis.

If your concern is with my not giving my best and trying my hardest there really is nothing that I can provide to prove my dedication other than my word and that of Pofecker.

Ok I sort of understand. Does this mean that we can apply for the same cpa network even though we are already in it. For instance I used my real name & ssn and apply got accept to copeac. Can I apply again for copeac and get approved since this will be under a business name?

When they start paying out will the check be under the business name or your name? If its under a business name how do we cash out? Also do we need to open bank acc and stuff for the DBA or you will take care of everything? Let me know thanks.

Yes it does mean that you could have multiple accounts with the same network. You obviously cannot use the same residential address though. But other than that you will have a new identity, name and tax identification number so the network will never be able to tell that you are already a part of their company.

Usually you can chose who the payment is made out too. However, if you already have an account with their network you will obviously not want to have them send checks to you.

To cash the checks you simply need to present verification of the fact that you own the business. Such as the signed and notarized DBA document. If you take that documentation in to a bank along with Photo ID and your check you can cash it no problem. In the long run you could just open a business checking account in your company's name. However I do not take care of bank accounts. Its just too hard to manage remotely. I can advise you but I won't do it for you.

In regards to your first question, in order for an LLC to be allowed to operate in the United States if it is international it needs a registered agent. A registered agent is essentially your representative in the United States who will receive legal documents. This is the address that you will use on your application. Who this person is can be your choice, they will need to forward the checks to you. The service I use provides this included for 6 months. After that if you would like I can provide this service. It's entirely up to you though.

However, I strongly discourage anyone abroad from getting paid via checks. It would work however the act of sending the check abroad would be time consuming. Several large CPA networks offer PayPal payments, and for an abroad customer wire transfers would be ideal that way your local bank can receive the money.

You can cash a check anywhere in the world. You don't necessarily need to be in the US to cash a US check. Sure it takes longer to clear and it needs to be converted but you don't need a US bank account to cash the check.

Hey, thanks for your interest. Yes this package is available to you. However since you are applying from abroad it is tough to get into a CPA network.

I can still do the phone call and fill out the application for you, using YOUR information. Just keep in mind there is no guarantee with this package. Usually if you have a good site and I call the network they usually assume that I am employed by your company and that your company has US offices. So usually they will approve you.
