Support fixed the issue and gave me the correct login credentials.
First review:
I got the BHW-3 and while the machine seems to be quite responsive and fast hardware-wise, multiple internet speed tests show a speed of max 250 MB/S tested over two days which is on the lower side of other providers.
The upload is fine at around 800 MB/S.
With another provider here on the forum, I do a constant 650-800 MB/S download so I am a bit disappointed.
I will follow up on this after reviewing the VPS for a bit.

Thank you for your kind review, Download speed seems quite low. Can you PM me how did you take the test ? By downloading the file or from speedtest.net ?

No, because I don't want to promote any other provider and honestly like this one more so far.
Op has went with me through other speed tests with mixed results where speed tests based ing the server location yielded results of 500mb/s +
The seller has also offered to change the VPS and Server network but at the moment I am fine with the current setup.
All in all probably the most valuable VPS on BHW at this price point.

Sorry it did not work well for you.
As far as I see we do not have any uptime issue with our linux nodes. If you are not able to manage VPS by yourself then unfortunately our services will not suit you cause all our services are self-managed.
If you still facing issue, please PM Me your VPS IP.

Everything with the VPS is great so far but in terms of advanced help like enabling a PHP extension or getting something that someone who's new to VPS (me) isn't sure on how to do, unfortunately support aren't very helpful with that.

We want to use your VPS “DeluxeBox” at 36$/m but, does it have a GPU (for multilogin) and, we plan to mass bot with it watching, let’s say twitch, with every room consuming about 2.5Gb/h can your server handle this?

Sorry it will not work out for you. All our servers currently use 1gbit port.
