I tried ur service before, then canceled it after the trial expired. However, you still charged me $70 from auto recurring payment of pp on the 24th of Oct.

I opened the tickets for this refund request, however, u guys just can't help there, ignore my message, but keep asking me transaction ID.

So, I post my request there, and plz refund that auto payment, $70, which should not have occurred.

My friend's invoice is due today - but he said he can't pay because your iportal is down. If his VPS gets suspended he will lose a lot of $. And no one is replying to support.

Hi Folks,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The issue was with out network provider, they tried to upgrade firmware on their router but they had some issue and to resolve the issue it took nearly 12 hours.

Now ours portal is up and running.

Please let me know if you still have issue accessing the portal.

Last our support portal was down only. None of the VPS servers were affected.

Network wise we do provide 99% uptime excluding hardware issue. Some of our nodes are online from last 6 months+ not even with a single reboot.
