For the review @LuckyCharm007 provided us a site that was in a particular niche that had over 5,000 words and several different keyword phrases that would certainly be rankable.
The content was decent and the site was set up to be compliant with Amazon and you could also monetize with Adsense for the particular review site. A contact us page was in place and set up for your Mailchimp API which you will need to add. There was also a pretty decent about us page which lends credibility to the site.
The seller will be happy to move the site to your host should you want to do that or use his hosting for a fee.
It is a premium theme with upgraded plugins and in that they are paid you can update them without any issues as long as you do not change the settings. I'm pretty sure that I've never changed settings on a paid plugin on any of my sites and I would bet that most of you are in the same boat.
Along with the site he gives you some suggestions as to how to build out your off site presence which are a good idea and you can connect your social media accounts to the site pretty seamlessly.
The content was put in proper categories but some of the categories were empty so you'll need to do more work to build the site out completely. Not a big deal with this niche but it is not a turn key product so you should know that going in. There was also no favicon which I like to have on my sites and name it one of my KWs and that should be something you want on your sites as well.
The pricing on the sites are going to vary as inventory will change over time and I think the price point for this site @297.00 is a fair number for the KW research, the content and the upgraded theme and plugins.

Thank you for the review! When I build a site, I try to imagine what it would look like when it has become big enough to be considered an authority in its niche. I write down a "map" for me to follow and I'm trying to do the same with the site I sell. The reasons why there were a few "empty" categories is to give the opportunity for the buyer to look for future keywords to go after. Some site will be built with close or more to 10,000 words and obviously, those will need less work but cost more.
Good point on the favicon. This is something I will discuss with my designer and we will work on adding that to our to-do list for future sites.
I have a strong feeling that this BST is going to take off soon since LuckyCharm has been established on BHW with many other quality services long before and the community is well aware of his presence and level of commitment.
