I ordered a batch of articles after reading the positive reviews on @klpn1963 thread. And I'm impressed by what was delivered.
She carefully followed all the guidelines I shared and the article was well-researched. There was one article which wasn't what I wanted so she re-wrote in entirely without any issue. That's a great sign of how much she cares for customer satisfaction.
As for writing, there are some grammatical issues and I had to fix a few sentences but that takes around 2-3 minutes of work at max. For the price, it can't get better.
TAT could be improved but I'm sure she gets so many orders that it'd be difficult for her to complete on-time.
Already ordered 2nd batch as we speak.

Pleasantly surprised that a thread so old was still active. I emailed directly yesterday and got a reply within minutes.
