Hello Driulis, that is a shame. If/once you get it back up to 100% i am very interested, have a 300k+ account where i'm changin the type of content and want to focus on certain nationalities (or better said, get rid of 2 nationalities in my top 5) since they have no value for my advertisers.
Even if it's only 99% accurate i'd still be very interested once it's back online again. I'll be following this topic every now and then to see if you put it back online. Cheers

The service is back online . From what you wrote I'm not sure if this is the service you are looking for since you will not see the nationalities of the users - just who is active and inactive. You can see the sample here
