I have been using this service now for about a month.
We have already used 650GB+ worth of traffic.
It is surprisingly (given the price) good.
Previously we have been using Geosurf, Smartproxies, and Oxylabs. All of them are at least 8x more expensive. Ironically, we are getting the best throughput/ latency with Packetstream. I am betting that this is primarily because the people who would subscribe to their program already have good internet (logic being that presence of Packetstream wouldn't affect their experience). Just a guess.
The biggest downside is node availability. In some countries (e.g. Ireland) there are no nodes at all. We are constantly getting message saying that there is no exit node. This is less noticeable in big countries (no problems in UK, Germany or Spain).
The second biggest issue is limiting API design, e.g.
* The errors are poorly formatted.
* Connection string is comprises of non-standardised elements, e.g. instead of using country code they are using country names.
Both are simple issues that I am sure they will address sooner or later. Otherwise, very happy customer and slowly migrating more and more of our workload to their services.
