the account use cookies so no problem when logging in. But how when do some actions on it like liking and posting? Will it get banned more easily due to the bad activities you have done during testing?

Being banned by facebook is unavoidable if your action is obvious or easy to detect, it acts just like normal accounts.
With 0.15$ you get an account with a free-login checkpoint. Still a bargain.
