All account isn't working from my side. Log first account from my computer and it requires a photo ID while the second account at first log from my phone couldn't go to homepage. Pictures available for both accounts. Please clarify this and get back to me.

Replacement send. I mentioned in my thread that replacement possible if disabled at first login. I always active in Skype not in BHW, So possibly little bit slower process than Skype. I appreciate something it showing this problem when login with different ip. So i make option to replacement.

Am so sorry the way I had acted. This was really my bad and I sincerely want to apologise for any inconveniences I caused in the aftermath of my irrelevant post on here. As instructed I received replacement for another account and I thus I want to apologise once again. Thank you BHW for people like this.
