Paypal is not enabled and yes you can have test balance. Youtube views are working but some services may have problems, I need to update the ones having some problems but it should be done in 24 hours I think.

I recently used this service because the other service I used is down for a short maintenance (for the last 4 days). So I turned to this one.
My order was simple...3 videos 1250 views on each one.
It was completed within a couple hours. I was very impressed with the turnaround time on this.
The only very small complaint I have was the time it took for my bitcoin payment to go through. Could be the service I used to transfer the bitcoin though so it's not like it's Amp-SMM fault. I should have had a balance in there before even trying to do an order anyways.
Overall...will be using this service again.

Thanks for the comment! For bitcoin payments 3 confirmations are required before adding the balance which means the time it takes is based on the fee you are paying when sending them. Some online wallets will decide the fee to their own advantage as they don't need to get their transactions confirmed within 10 minutes, if you are able to manually change it you can make sure your transaction will go much faster.
Check this website or many others that take statistics on the bitcoin network: https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ . It will tell you how much it will approximately take for the first confirmation, it's a bit of math involved to calculate the best fee so make sure you don't pay way too much. You can contact me if you need help in case.
