Here is my review.

Good

• Received delivery within TAT
• Everything was over delivered, by a lot
• PBN links had good metrics

Neutral

• Not stated in the BST, but the EDU/Gov links are from various countries.
• A few of the EDU and GOV backlinks were removed but they were over delivered by 60%, so I still had far more than promised.

Bad

• Web 2.0 only have one post. About and Contact pages are blank. No login provided to build it out.
• PBN links had no logos, only 2 links in the menu and were obvious PBNs. The content was obviously spun.

For the price, you get a lot of backlinks and diversity.
