For those of you who are asking about the KW research aspect I'll share what the OP gave me in the review:
<Niche> site:
#1. The keyword
Here is the phrase we would recommend: “KW“
Why the keyword?
According to the Google Keyword Planner, it gets up to 10K average monthly search.
That is a lot of searches.
Not only that, its a super targeted buyer intent keyword. Meaning, searchers are buyers, not info seekers.
What about the competition?
According to our analysis (using Moz; a famous SEO tool), getting to Google page #1 isnt hard at all.
The majority of the existing websites who are already ranked have pretty low DA (domain authority) and PA (page authority).
Backlinks: At the time I am writing this the no.1 ranking page has zero backlinks to it. The same for the page that ranks on 3rd, zero backliks.
Once you have implemented some decent SEO effort, getting your page on Google page #1 is very doable.
