This is an uncknown niche for me. I guess you monetize with banner ads to different aff offers. Any other type of monetization?

You'll still have cPanel with PHPMyAdmin and you can manage your website there, it's a bit harder but still managable

Yes you can add more videos, you won't be limited to original amount of videos. It will be your own script and database, so you could do anything with it

What kind of server should we host this sites in?

Not big for start, a medium VPS will do. There's no need to host all the 2mil videos on your server so it saves a lot of costs in the beginning. Of course you can later store those videos on your server.

Any trouble with DMCA?

Just delete video on request, 1 of 2 000 000 of videos won't hurt you. Or you can simply ignore it if you use an offshore server, it's up to you. I never had any problems with DMCA in the porn niche
